The group held its first rehearsal in March, with students preparing for a holiday concert at St. John’s in December. 54 Sings Eubie – On July 10, 2018, Lynnie Godfrey performed in the one-night-only 40th-anniversary celebration of the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Eubie! at Feinstein’s/54 Below. She joined original cast members and other Broadway performers to celebrate the music of Eubie Blake, performing the iconic song “Daddy” among other classics.

Two Holiday Appearances in Allentown – In late 2018, Lynnie Godfrey performed at Allentown Symphony Hall on November 30 to open the new Lyric Room and became the only artist to perform in all main performance spaces at the Hall. She also performed with the Allentown Children’s Christmas Chorus at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church on December 7 for a special holiday concert.
